Cheptais Ward

Located in Bungoma County, Cheptais ward is a county assembly ward in Mt. Elgon constituency.

There are four sub locations in Cheptais ward. These are;

1.  Cheptais sub location.
2.  Chebwek sub location.
3.  Chepkube sub location.
4.  Ngachi sub location.

Cheptais ward has a population of 28,788 according to the 2009 census. The ward has an area of 41.50km2.
