are; Availability of business space, piped water, labour and electricity.

high population density in Kisii County offer lucrative business opportunities
in the retail, banking, wholesale and hospitality sector. These opportunities
can be taken up by an upcoming investor or an established investor depending on

Books and other
stationary. Kisii
County has well established learning institutuions such as Kisii High School,
Nyanchawa Adventist College and Kisii University. The large pool of students in
these institutions of learning presents a ready market for stationaries such as
